    ICON South Beach Condo unveiled:

    If you have ever visited Miami’s Delano Hotel you have seen Philippe Starck’s lobby design. You can also see his work in the lobbies of New York’s Hudson or Paramount Hotels. Now Philippe Starck has designed a condo interior on South Beach unlike any other. It is called ICON. This South Beach real estate was built by one of Miami’s top developer, Related Group Inc (creators of Murano Grande, Murano at Portofino, Portofino Tower). This luxury Condo consists of two towering tiers with spectacular views of downtown Miami, South Beach, the Atlantic Ocean and the Biscayne Bay. ICON South Beach Condo features nine different unit layouts with either Biscayne Bay or the Atlantic Ocean views, one, two and three bedroom units are available all with 9-foot high floor-to-ceiling windows.

    In the Nature plan, natural wood and stone will be used to provide a light airy feeling, a feeling of being out with nature. In the Classic plan, Starck envisions a clubby, tailored and familiar look with timeless appeal and with echoes of French chateaux and Scottish castles. The Culture approach calls for explosions of color and emotion, baroque and exotic touches, eccentric choices and fantasy. Minimal is all about simplicity and purity, function and form-white spaces, clear water and neutral tones with a Zen-like aura. Residents are free to create their own design style or choose from these four ideas.
